Shipping & Handling

Same-Day Dispatch

We make Same-day Dispatch for orders we received before 4:00 pm, and we will ship the products the next day for the rest orders. In rare cases we might take extra time to process some orders, we will contact our customers immediately if we are unable to process their order within 48 working hours.

Dispatch Location

We have warehouses in China. Dispatch origin may vary depending on product availability in each warehouse and shipping costs from different locations.

Lead Time

We give lead-time estimation for each of the products we sell. Customers can check “Availability” and “Out Of Stock Status” to obtain further information. We will e-mail our customers immediately with an updated lead time if the items they order are out of stock or can take longer to ship.

Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties, or taxes the customer's state, region, or country applies. But most of our customers in the US, UK, and other EEC Countries do not have to pay any import duties and taxes if the products are available from our local warehouse. VAT may be applicable to some customers in accordance with local laws.

Couriers We Use

Our preferred carriers are China Post Office, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to any order that is more than US$50. Customers whose order value is lower than this limit may bear extra costs for shipping.
